Meet Nacho

NACHO was found by a Good Samaritan in Warren County with a badly swollen leg. He was taken to Harvester Animal Clinic and after having x-rays done it was determined Nacho had a dislocated hip and there was no way to put it back in place. It was also discovered Nacho was not urinating, so the vet put in a urinary catheter, which made Nacho's surgery much riskier.

What the vet did was remove the femoral head and Nacho was hospitalized overnight to make sure he could pee before he was released. After Shelter Friends, Inc paid the bill, Nacho went home with the family that found him, and they have decided Nacho was meant to be theirs.
